What we keep: account email + reservation history (7 years for accounting), visitor session data (90 days, hashed), email logs (90 days).
How to request: email hello@travira.com with the subject “Data request”. Include your account email and what you want — export, correction, or full deletion. We will verify identity before acting on deletion.
